So unbelievably disappointed in the customer service and reservation/booking system. Called to reserve a room two months ago, Our credit card was never charged so we called more than 10 times to inquire and confirm our reservation. either there was no answer, or no voicemail was returned, or someone answered the phone with just a «hello» and said you have to call another number… «only available in the morning to answer calls» Only 2 of the many that answer the phone can take a reservation and credit card confirmation, but was never told that and they took our credit card info! after weeks of calling we finally got a person to answer and tell us «sorry you have no reservation, who ever answered the phone can only relay messages they are not authorized» I will never stay there, and will never recommend this place! I would give it a zero star if I could

You cannot beat this location! Steps to one of Massachusett’s best beaches. … literally steps from Good Harbor Beach. Waves, Salt Island to explore at low tide, a river that flows to the other beach where you can float with the current, snack bars and beautiful clear water lapping over the sand. This Inn is worn but provides everything you will need. … full bath, free WiFi, and modest clean rooms. Nothing fancy but you are right on the beach. You will be happy as the sun is setting, the beach parking is closed and crowds have disappeared. … but you can take a sunset walk on the beach. Good sized fridges in each room too. I would give this place five stars if it was updated and had better pressure from the showers.
