Jack’s Window Cleaning did clean the windows but in the process broke the bulb on a floor lamp.
They drove away leaving shards of glass on the den carpet.
The owner did promise to replace the floor lamp but I heard nothing from him after I sent him the receipt. At one time this was a reputable business but has gone down under the new owner.
