5 Star EVERTHING !!!
I have had a membership off and on at Sunbanque Gloucester for at least a decade, I believe.
Having city hopped for the 10 years before I moved to Gloucester, I was very impressed to see how up to the minute Sunbanque’s equipment is. As soon as I saw a new sun bed model in New York or London, Sunbanque would have it. Their beds are maintained consistently, so every tanning level is readily available.
The factor that even far surpasses the hardware is THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE on the North Shore. Hands down! The entire staff are very well versed in their entire range of products and services. They all offer gracious hospitality consistently. None of them ever appear distracted or flustered at busier times. They all seem to be completely focused on their guests and keeping the shop looking great. I would recommend Sunbanque Gloucester to any one, without reservation. Each of my visits there has always exceeded my expectations.

Sunbanque in Gloucester is great! Glenn is always there, cleaning and making sure everything is going well. The girls are all fun and sweet! I love their specials! I highly recommend going to sunbanque!!!

the best around. this place is clean, the staff is so nice, the owner is active and seen in the salon often. sunbanque takes care of its tanners! oh and they are super active on facebook offering free tans on your birthday if you are friends with the salon and they answer questions super fast if you have them and dont want to call. sunbanque is the best!

The cat’s out of the bag. Rune indulges — every now and again, when the seasonal-​affect disorder flares up or he’s feeling particularly Casper-​like — in the Fake ‘n’ Bake. Gloucester’s Sunbanque is – by the widest of margins — the finest electric beach I have ever been to.
There are a wide range of beds and booths available. Bulbs are replaced regularly. Sanitation is always the first order of business. The staff is well-​versed in their industry and, moreover, is comprised of some downright sexy young thangs.
The owner, a long-​time member of the local fire brigade, continually reinvests to make Sunbanque a top-​of-​the-​line tanning salon and quite possibly the best in eastern Massachusetts.
