This is my regular place to go for manicures and pedicures. Have always been well satisfied because of their quick, well done manis and pedis. However, today I think I got a newby and it took over 2 hours for both; normally takes an hour. Plus I had to remind her to put the top coat on one hand of my gel manicure(which she insisted she did). I have also noticed lately that the place needs to be cleaned better(too much«nail dust» at the desks, etc) lately. I may be looking for a new salon soon…

This is definitely one of the nicest salon around here. Walking in, I did not smell any chemicals at all. Got a gel manicure for $ 28, comparable to others around here but in my opinion, this place service is lots better… I’m very satisfied with their works…

For a remedial pedicure experience, this is the place. I don’t speak the language my pedicurist and her fellow employees do, but they were very clearly making fun of another customer that came in after me. That’s rude. The pedicure wasn’t anything to write home about, but their blatant disrespect for paying customers left a sour taste in my mouth. I’ll stick to my normal salon for now on.

My friend and I went in to get pedicures and were told that they wouldn’t be able to help us because their pedicure chairs wouldn’t be comfortable for us. If they discriminate to our faces, what are they saying about customers in their foreign tongues? Since we were denied service there, we went to Fancy Nails in Alton and received great customer service, which we rewarded with generous tips.
