Pizza Hut

Just placed an order for pickup (apparently this location hasn’t figured out how to do delivery like every other Pizza Hut in America).
I showed up, paid, waited 5 minutes, then the manager on duty comes over and tells me the bad news: «We’ve run out of cheese.»
Um…excuse me, could you repeat that, I thought you said you ran out of cheese, as in 1 of the 3 main components of a pizza.
Well, no problem, because they’ve got more cheese on the way! It will only be about 10 – 15 minutes. Oh, ok… well, that sucks, but as it is going to take just as long to wait anywhere else for takeout at this point, I guess I’ll just wait.
As he crediting me for the meal (the very least he could do), I hear his cohort get off the phone and explain that they are leaving with the cheese now. Oh good… where from, the Hannaford next door? No… their Concord location.
Um…excuse me, did you say Concord, as in Concord, NH? Will this guy be taking a helicopter to bring it over, because the last time I drove from far end of Goffstown to Concord it took at least a half hour.
At this point, the manager just simply could do nothing but stare at me and shake his head. And I couldn’t blame him, because there are no words that could describe this first rate disaster.
I give this place 3 months before the doors close for good.

Here tonite… salad bar was a mess; no lettuce, dressing and items all over the place. Onions in the pudding. Been sitting here for almost an hour and no one has done any clean up. Waitstaff very inattentive and inexperienced. Need to find a new place for pizza.

The service here has always been friendly. Even on a busy weekday at lunch, we were seated quickly and greeted with a smile. It never got too noisy despite the lunch crowd.
I love the $ 5 all-​you-​can-​eat lunch buffet. The variety of food choices is great, and they are always served fresh during the lunch hours. The salad bar, too, is surprisingly fresh.
Good food for people on a tight budget like me! Will definitely be back with friends for the buffet.
