I purchased a home 2 weeks ago, the home had a new septic and leach field installed by St Onge last month. I have been calling with a question to determine where exactly my new septic tank and leach field are located. I’ve left messages with the receptionist, on their answering machine and even wrote an email. It seems impossible to get them to call you back. I too have been told «I’ll give your message to _​_​_​» but I never receive a call back. I initially was going to stay with St Onge for Septic maintenance but now I don’t think I will because of their lack of timely response to customers.

Hard to reach. I have called several time and always get told «I’ll give your message to _​_​_​» but never get a call back. I’ve mentioned St. Onge to several people and the first thing everyone says is «Oh, they’re hard to get in touch with» and «You really have to keep after them to get the work done.»

I’m a business owner. Dealing with customers can be a hassle sometimes. These people answered ALL my questions quick and to the point. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their prices were EXTREAMLY fair and the willingness of the two gentlemen who pumped my tank to quickly educate me on how the tank looked from what they could see above ground knowing that this was not their first day on the job and the overall politeness from the first call until the cap was replace… ST ONGE SEPTIC is a FANTASTIC company to do business with. I will be doing business with them again and they are as I said STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!
