Wicked Salon and Spa

I recently got married at Stonebridge Country Club and wanted a location close to there to do my hair. I found Wicked Salon via Unilocal and setup a trial with Holly. She did an amazing job. She was creative and with little direction was able to make my hair perfect. I have super thick curly hair and so not everyone is great with it. She controlled it and smoothed it out, while still leaving some of the curls as I had requested. Day of, I met her at 10 AM and she was ready to go. The hair style came out a bit different from the trial but still amazing. Plus, my wedding was not until 4 PM and dancing went until 10 PM, followed by more dancing at a bar thereafter until almost 1 AM. My hair was so sturdy that it lasted the entire night! I absolutely love Erica! She is VERY knowledgeable with services and products. She listens and understand my wants when I express what I am looking for. Aside from the consultation, she is very personable. She is easy to talk with to make time go by when getting a service. She makes the overall experiance at Wicked Salon a great one! When going there for my appointment with Erica, the front desk staff members are very pleasant and greet people a smile. Overall great experiance and would definitely recommend them as I have with friends and family in the past. Keep up the great work Erica, your passion for hair certainly shines thru into your great work as a stylist!

I have been going to Wicked since they opened and I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and the salon. What a beautiful building and you are always greeted with a warm smile and the offer of a beverage upon entering. I bring my son and daughter here as well and have never been disappointment. I highly recommend Wicked for woman AND men. Their spa services are top notch as well. Just an overall amazing place with a warm and welcoming staff.

I have gone to this Salon for a last minute haircut and many manicures since they opened. Have always had great service with friendly employees until this last visit. Was not impressed with my Shellac manicure and it came off within 4 days. I left for vaca within hours after having it done. Upon return I called the mgr to explain my disappointment and she said nothing she can do and made several excuses perhaps why it didn’t take. Never an apology. Again I’ve had this done many times and it lasts 3 weeks. At least they should have had me come in to look at it and remove it. They can eat that cost for good cust service. I am a cust Serv mgr and know how to retain customers. Nothing offered almost as if didn’t care and it was my fault for not calling earlier. I was out of country. The 2 girls I normally see I NEVER have issues with my nails. Again mgr said I can ask the girl who did your nails. Ask what? Then she hung up! Bummer lost my business and I loved going there. Need to work on retaining customers. I know others that have left for various reasons !

Wicked is a modern salon located in an amazing post and beam building. I have been a client here for a year and have experienced truly superior service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and talented. I have had manicures, pedicures, Keratin treatments, color and haircuts at Wicked and am truly happy with the results. I highly recommend Wicked salon.

I called for an appt. for a pedicure at The Wicked Salon and mentioned at the time I made the appt that I had a 50% off a first time service card albeit I had held on to this card since the salon opened. I asked if they would still honor the discount and asked to be called back if they would not. An hour before my appointment I received a call that no they would not honor the discount even though there was no expiration date on the card… click ! They have certainly lost my business and I will be glad to share my negative experience.
