When your heater goes out in January, you want it fixed. You do NOT want to be mislead financially or lied to, but that is exactly what DuctWorks offered to our family. And still no heat… After the«technician» stopped by over 30 minutes later than expected, he quickly«fixed» the problem. But less than 20 hours later, our heater was off again. When we called their office at 4:00 on Friday, no one was available to help(although office hours are supposedly till 5:00.) So no heat for the weekend and still charged over $ 150 more than was communicated? Thanks DuctWorks!

We had been away all weekend(during Polar Vortex I) and came home Sunday evening to find the temp in our house was 40 degrees. We called a bunch of companies, but nobody could get someone to our house before Tuesday. A few months previously, Ductworks had checked out our furnace; it was working fine then, but was 30 years old and the polar vortex was just too much for it. Ductworks was very sympathetic and loaned us two space heaters, and then. even though they weren’t sure they’d be able to do it in advance, they were able to get someone to come out the very next day to install a new furnace. By 1pm Monday we had heat. We were very very happy with them. After they left, we realized our new furnace was so much more powerful it was rattling some loose connection in the ducts. We called them, and they fixed it for free. I would definitely call them again.
