This office has failed after working with me for over 41 years! Loyle has chosen to stay out-of-network with Insurers, causing those insured(even loyal multi-year customers) to have to pay more $ for the same services. Larger bills are occurring, causing a need for more time to pay off those bills and a need for understanding additional time is needed by his office. The BIG Problem: Camey(Admin) constantly sending letters for demand of payment, threatens to contact collections and calls the insurer to keep tabs on when payments were made. Despite those that HAVE Dental Insurance, Camey is on the point to take FULLPAYMENT for the bill before you leave, even before submitting to the bill for a payment by your insurance company. Final thought: Just terrible service, plain and simple; When you think of spending 41 years with the same firm of dentistry. I have FELT like more of a criminal than a patient over the last two years of visiting this office.

I went to Dr Loyle D. Raymond about two years ago for my chipped crown emergency. While Shamblott Dentistry said«there is nothing can be done to temporarily fixed my broken crown» before my trip, Dr Loyle D. Raymond fixed it in no time! His temporarily fix actually stayed on my tooth for almost a year! The only reason I rated it 4 stars, not 5 is that recently I got there for porcelain veneers and their pricing was way too high. I have done my veneers at the Wood Park Dental in Eagan(see my review about this clinic). I am sure 100% Dr Loyle D. Raymond would have done as wonderful job as I got there, but I saved about $ 9000 with Dr Skare. So I am still big fan of Dr Loyle D. Raymond
