Hey Totally Tan! That $ 25 off deal you denied me because I came in over a year for a single spray tan (thus rendering me ineligible for your «new customer» deal)? Well, I left your salon and went down the road to Darque Tan. Not only did they give me $ 25 credit just for walking in the door and joining their «text club,» but they also offered me BOGO 75% off a package and a complementary spray tan. Hilarious compared to you guys! They actually understand customer service. I dished out an additional $ 75 on services/products just because I was so pleased. And the irony here — I was a frequent customer of theirs for years prior to this. Guess they still got me!
*edited star rating after they returned my call a few days later. While they offered to notate my account with the new customer deal, it’s still not quite enough to get me back in the door (considering I’m all set-up elsewhere), but was a nice gesture.

The gentleman behind the counter was really great.
He gave me a tour of the entire salon and knew exactly what he was talking about. It’s refreshing to walk into a tanning salon and be greeted with a hello and a smile versus an employee who is annoyed that they have to help you and be there in the first place. This seems to be the trend with so many tanning salons in Minneapolis.
I will be gong back!

I have visited this place a few times when I’ve got a vaca planned and need a little color. Lots of rooms with all kinds of. different beds. It has always been clean with a friendly staff.

What a difference a new name & a beautiful renovation makes! It’s a huge improvement from the salon prior to Totally Tan. I like that you don’t have to sign up for a monthly membership like other salons & that you can just buy one or two tans for a reasonable price. The beds are comparable to ones at Darque Tan or Planet Beach.
Don’t go without a coupon — they’re on their website & I get them in the mail on a regular basis!
