Accurate Heating & Cooling

We had Accurate Heating and Cooling to tune-​up our furnace and hot water heater last Thursday. They did a good job cleaning the coils and inspecting the units and we also received a coupon discount, which make the service very affordable. They arrived within the scheduled time window and called in advance to confirm the appointment and notify us the ETA. they are also contracted with Xcel Energy within the energy rebate program.

Hello fellow Unilocalers.
Just had to take a minute today after Accurate Heating and Cooling did their $ 49 special to check my Bryant Gas Forced Air big system in the basement. This house was built in 1949 and I have lived here for 20 years. I have never had the heater serviced, and when I received a call from Sharmane — I decided for the price — I would get this checked.
Dylan showed up on time, greeted Jackson, my dog… and proceeded to get busy with the heater in the basement. He cleaned out all the debris from dust, spider webs, etc… and did a thorough checklist of services. He shared the results with me and said that the system is in good working order. What a relief! So, I recommend you doing the same, give them a call… I checked out their web site and they are family owned and operated… and everyone I spoke with and met, were kind and professional. Jackson liked Dylan too… he threw him the ball several times.

Made a service call to check on our Swamp Cooler as it seemed to have lost some of its oomph. The rep (Dylan) came out and did an incredibly thorough check, looking at aspects that I hadn’t even thought of. While this is what a good rep should be doing, I’ve had other firms out in similar circumstances and frankly they simply did not put the effort in that Dylan did. Additionally, their Service Call fee of $ 69 is completely reasonable, especially when compared with other firms in the area. Will be calling them for our winterization and spring turn on going forward. Good work earns my trust!
