When the bus doesn’t come, I get 2 hours to post negative reviews– so here’s one: if you can avoid this company, do so. Instead of organizing another bus, about a dozen people were left stranded downtown on the side of the street. In the snow. No shelter, no apologies, just a full fare charge.

This was a complete clusterf**k. Do not book from this company. It is a waste of money.
We chartered 4 buses for a 200 person group to drive from Denver all the way to east Lansing for a conference at Michigan State University. On the trip there, we had few problems besides the actual buses themselves. The seats are smaller than airline seats, and not as comfortable. No cup holders. Few outlets. Many of the handles and arm rests were missing completely, and on arm rest broke on the way there. Two of the buses air conditioning didn’t even work. Besides tailgating and terrible parking, we survived without any harm.
On our return trip, things went downhill. In the middle of Iowa, one of our drivers took the wrong exit. Then stopped on the ramp, and decided to back up back towards the interstate. There was a semi coming, so he cut to the right to move to the shoulder and backed the whole bus into a ditch and got it stuck. After the state troopers helped the bus out, we continued on our journey. Once we arrived in Denver, the bus in the lead took a wrong exit and led us around downtown, even though we provided them with an address before we booked the whole trip. The drivers behind the leader were supposed to have radios, but they had not been equipped. Our 19 hour trip turned into over 24 hours on the road.
This company has proven to be unprofessional, unsafe, and incompetent. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. IT MAY BE CHEAP BUT IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
