My house had been having some cable/internet issues for quite some time. I first had Comcast come take a look, and they told me the issue had something to do with the cables inside my house. I had searched around and everyone I called couldn’t help me. That’s when I found Devon. He came out within a few days of my phone call and examined EVERY inch of the house(crawl space, attic, behind the cable outlets, etc). He went over multiple options that would work for me. He gave me a great price, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. He replaced the cable going to my internet and TV in the living room. He also made sure my office was hardwired, so I wouldn’t be losing any speed/signal over Wi-Fi. The job was quick and clean, and now my cable and internet are working better than ever. He was extremely professional and his customer service is top notch! Devon did an amazing job and I can’t rave about him enough!

Devon answered my call and email for a quote almost immediately, and gave me a great price for some home cable installation. And he was willing to come out on a Saturday. Then it snowed — a lot — and my idea of how easy the job was to do proved to be naïve, he had to do some real sleuthing to find a way to give me the wall port I wanted and not make a mess of our house. Well, he did a great job that took at least twice as long as the job I had described, yet was totally willing to honor his original quote. That’s really unusual. Every other vendor I’ve dealt with in our new home here cost more and took longer to do the work quoted. This is the guy you want to call for home theatre, networking, cable and other work. He’s a true and honest pro.

I was having problems with some of the TV’s not getting signals in my basement. I had called the Geek Squad as well as Direct TV to see if they could troubleshoot it. Neither of them could figure the problem out. I found Devon online and had him come out to take a look. After going thru all my components he determined what was causing the problem and what we needed to do to fix it. He ordered the parts and gave me an exact timeline on when they would arrive and when he would be able to complete the job. He showed up on time, was very professional and his knowledge about all my TV’s, receivers, Logitech remotes and Sonos were spot on. I would recommend him to any of my clients looking to have TV’s or components installed or repaired.
