Gunslinger Custom Paint

Took in my 2014 Moroccan Gold Pearl FLHXS. The ENTIRE process was very detailed and professional, developing a rendering, picking colors and adding exhaust and bars. Tyler and Randy are badass and communicated with me thru the entire process from rendering to final clear. I had many opportunities to collaborate and the work is SICK and BADASS. I’ve received many compliments on the color and graphics. The Paint crew (John I think?) and Mike did the graphics are insanely talented… Cant say enough about the team I worked with, you guys ROCK! thanks for hooking up my scooter! Definitely will bring more work to you! L&R JP

My experience with this shop was sad at best. Left my 2013 Fatboy Low for hard bags, fairing and paint the last week of May 2014. Today I am picking it up in the original state I had left it. The timeline was to be about 3 weeks, not even close. Every time I wanted to know anything about my bikes progress I had to call. Two times did I receive photos to say this is what we are doing, the fender and bags in their original paint, the fender in primer, yet was told that my bike had been together and apart multiple times. Funny, every time I saw it, it was in the same state. I would text or call every 3 days or so, trying not to pester. I have pics of the timeline, little done. I would ask about lowering the bike, «oh that will only take me a hour, «we’ll why wasn’t that done? Every time I asked about something, I was told «that will not take anytime to do» but yet as of Wednesday of this week, the only thing done was brackets for hard bags on, bags said to be in primer, rear fender in primer. That is it! In the end my bike will come home today! Arrogant to say the least, made to feel that my HD or my $$$ didn’t matter. If you were too busy for me why take my bike? Why no phone calls? Why tell me that the other bikes in front of me needed to be done then not make my bike a priority?
I will never recommend this local shop that has grown to big for a local girl!
