Very easy going, upbeat staff. Professional, knowledgable and efficient. Front desk staff is competent, answer phones in timely matter and communicate well. Entire staff seam to really enjoy themselves & make for a pleasant atmosphere for a doctors office. Staff is very personable and the new doctor Laura fits right in! It’s nice to feel like they really have your best interest in mind.

New West is great, I love Dr. Atkins, she’s been my doctor for years and recently my husband and newborn daughter now also see her. We have great family care, its nice to have everyone in the same place; we get follow up calls to make sure everything is ok if one of us has been sick. Dr. Atkins is also pro breastfeeding and open to natural medicine, she’s also a mother herself. Great physician, so glad I found her!

The professionals who operate this facility are all excellent. They’re friendly, courteous, discreet, highly competent, and perhaps most important, thorough. Not thorough as in, let’s see how many tests we can run to drive up the insurance reimbursement. Thorough, as in, we actually care about you as a person and want to work with you to make sure you’re as healthy as you can be. I’m very pleased.
