Thank you for replying. It really was a shame on how rude both the leasing agents were. I had been in leasing for years so i knew that she should at least of put the phone down and greeted us, and asked us to hold on. Any good agent knows that a person in front of you is a good chance of closing a deal. Specially being that we made the trip on our lunch break just to see your property. Im sure you guys have poured a ton of money into the marketing of this place. just a shame to see it literally being thrown out the door. I hope they get some better training on manners! Because a smile and a greeting at the door is literally what sold us on the next building we went to.
