I really enjoyed my stay here. It was easy to find and a very long walk or short drive to chain restaurants, shopping and the corporate park area of Golden. The free breakfast(eggs, meat, oatmeal. hash browns or potatoes waffles, bananas, coffee) and happy hour(Pizza Tuesdays, beer, wine, cider and a bowl of potato chips) accommodate most tastes. For me, I need more! That’s where a stop at Trader Joe’s and the full kitchen came in handy. For an extended-stay hotel, there were some things I really liked such as lidded glass bowls that I could take my tricked-out lunches or beat eggs in. They had a roast rack, where I cooked bacon and roasted vegetables, frittata and even a cake. If I bring my lightweight kitchen items– a silpat, a grater, a silicone mixing bowl, an immersion blender and a cookie sheet– I could make a multicourse meal and host colleagues. All that to say, I will be back! One note: they had dish towels but no paper towels or dish soap; it’s dishwasher only. The staff also did some kind-hearted things like upgrade my room to a two-bedroom suite with a stellar view and provide local advice. Why not 5 stars? Well, I could hear every single part of people’s conversations in the hallway; the snow could have been better cleared after it stopped snowing; and the food area seating was more group oriented, which was strange to me considering a lot of individuals stay there on business.

This comfy quaint little place has such wonderful hospitality. The people who work here are the nicest people. Free breakfast with eggs, waffles, sausages, hot potatoes, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bread, fruits, coffee, milk, and orange juice. Free food for happy hour — wine, beer, soda, water, and the food! I had fajitas, fresh baked cookies, and chips and salsa. The lounge area is inviting with great seating and TV everywhere. They bring you the drinks and take your trash away. This place is clean, cozy, and relaxing. They have a gym, pool, and jacuzzi. I love it here and if ever I go back to Colorado, I’m coming back here.

This was my second time to stay at the Residence Inn in Golden. Big, new, clean rooms with good kitchen. Friendly staff and good free breakfast that covers all bases. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt and breads. Good coffee also. Close to great shopping and tons of restaurants. This is the only place I’ll stay while in Golden.

Thought we got a good deal on priceline, until we got into the room. The room was very small & tight. The bed was a double… very small, not to mention hard as a rock. Staff told me basically you get what you paid for. We will NEVER recommend this hotel, nor stay at this hotel again.

We had a nice 2 room sweet at this hotel. The room was wonderful. Staff was decent and breakfast was decent. Small dog walking area. More grassy areas would have been nice. Not the best Residence Inn I have stayed at but, overall a nice hotel. I would definitely stay here again. If you ever stay here there is a great hot dog place called Toppings and More across the street.

I stayed here for one night and found it to be one of my better hotel experiences. Clean rooms, nice staff, and a good selection for breakfast(considering it is complimentary!). I enjoyed a two bedroom suite that featured a gas fireplace, which was a nice addition on a cold, snowy night.

First off the room we were given was right on the other side of the ice machine. The bed was about 3 feet from the adjoining wall. There was no way we would be getting any sleep in this room so I went to ask for another room. When the lady behind the desk mentioned we were in a studio I told her I paid for a 1 bedroom suite the night before online. She said in order to give me a 1 bedroom suite the system would automatically charge me a higher rate. This was my first purchase using Travelocity so not sure if the hotel is responsible for what was offered. Anyway, I did get another studio room… a handicap studio room! The difference between the rooms, no front closet to put our bags in, no desk to do my work on and NOBATHTUB to relax in! The floor of the bathroom IS the shower, its all tile. While this room was quieter, until other patrons started slamming their doors continuously around midnight, the set-up of the room was no longer to my liking. Since I had already switched once, I wasn’t going to bother again since the last time I had gone to the front desk it was full of people! I will probably give this place another try if they honor what I reserve!
