Bake My Day

Ordered my son a birthday cake from here and was supposed to be a birthday cake, instead was a pound cake that tasted at least 2 weeks old. Everyone at my son’s party commented that the cake was cute but terribly dry. Was very disappointed with it. I even decided to give them another chance for my daughter’s birthday and called a week in advance and the OWNER advised me that Thursday would be a good day to come in and when I drove an hour to get there they stated he could not make a cake and that he did not speak with me. I asked for him to come out and he did and even said he remembered speaking with me on the phone. Terrible customer service but I really don’t care because their cakes are disgusting. If you eat one make sure you have plenty of drink ready as well as a back up plan if they tell you they can make a cake and then change their minds.

I absolutely love coming here for my baked good needs. Everything I have tried from here has been super moist and tasty. The staff has always been warm and welcoming each and every time I have come in. Keep up the great work Bake My Day!

Went in thinking i could get me a yummy cup of coffee and a cookie, not so much. i mean the place used the word ‘café’ in thier signage. You would think there would be coffee, and who doesn’t enjoy a cup of Joe with a baked treat.
Ok ok so they do have coffee but none was made when i went in, and dont expect anything fancy (no espresso macine) just your standard corner store coffee. I was wanting to try, and support, a local small business style mocha.
Alright so now on the baked goods, their specialty. I wanted a cookie but agai they didnt have any baked that day. All they had that day were mini cupcakes, not what i wanted but i tried the red velvet. It was ok. The deal wasn’t too bad tho. It’s about a dollar a cupcake. I think she said it was $ 10 for a dozen??? Dont quote me.
The place was cute. Bigger than i anticipated, about 8 round tables. Place was clean. Good for maybe a small bday gathering. I also saw wedding cakes displayed.
The rating really is for my disappointment in not gettin what i wanted & for an ok cupcake. I’ll probably go back just to see if thier cookies are any better.
