My own experience with the actual mechanic shop was great. I had a mishap on ice and had my repairs done through CCOG. She looked amazing and like nothing had ever gone wrong. Until I took a closer look at my front bumper. Either someone was lazy, drunk, or new and they were in charge of painting my front bumper. There was a huge droplet of paint under my headlight with a streak of paint running past it and the cutouts for the headlights had lines of dripping paint that dried into spikes. I returned to have it looked at and whoever I talked to said he would get back to me to clean it up. Never got a call back and even tried to have it done on a later trip while it was being worked on for mechanical issues. All in all for the MECHANIC side of the shop no problems what so ever, prices are high cause it’s a dealership and that’s how it is. BUT I warn you DONOT take your car for body work /paint. This is but one of the fiascos associated with this paint /body shop
