On a scheduled oil change, they took well over an hour. Either they lack proficiency with simple tasks or they are ineffective schedulers. Either way, their professionalism is wanting.

Sales staff seems friendly. I sat down after looking at used $ 49,000 truck to negotiate the price. After going back and forth they said their best brice was $ 500 more than what they had the truck listed for on craigslist. As I walked out in disgust I informed them that the whole reason I stopped in was that I saw the truck on craigslist and they couldn’t even sell me the truck for that price. Later they called back and offered the truck for almost $ 2K below they craigslist price. I passed due to being disgusted with the shady attempt to screw me.
