Kangaroo Sams

While the idea is nice, the staff is not. My grandson had his birthday party there and 20 minutes before the time allotted for the tables was over, the lady came over and told us to clean up for the next guests. Also, once the tables were cleaned and the kids were playing again, the lady asked my son in law when they were leaving. What? The place is dirty, it’s hot and some of the things do not work. The bounce houses were dirty, the «dunking» booth was broken, and the karaōke station was screwed up. The place is in need of serious overhauling. I will not ever go back, neither will my family. It would have been better to rent a bounce house for a couple of hours and put it on my property.

People at cash register are very helpful and front of store looks nice. Then after you pay you walk into the dirtiest, nastiest part of the building filled with all sorts of smells, dirty floors and dirty equipment. The other side has a duck race area that doesn’t work, a karaōke station that most kids are playing rap songs on, then you have three bouncy houses. All of these houses are in need of serious cleaning and sanatizing. The claw machine for the balls is rigged to not support the weight of the balls. The ski ball area has a total of 4 balls for all three machines. And the children’s toy area was the worst for me. All of the toys just felt disgusting, the floor mats are turning black, half the toys (maybe 30 toys) are broken or pieces are missing. In short this place is in need of major TLC.
This place was awesome when it first opened and still could be. In short it needs SEVERE cleaning, TLC on the machines, and the toy area needs more oomph. I’m sure getting free toys wouldn’t be a problem at all if you advertised.
