I’ve used the I view the insomnia cream that helps me to get a good nights sleep which I wasn’t being able to get prior to the screamed, the body wash and face wash really good my skin has never been more moisturized, the pain cream for my arthritis, I also take a lemon oil with a cup of hot water every morning it’s helped a lot with my digestive system and my weight, last but not least I also use the skinny mini it has helped to rid my cellulite and drop a few pounds.
