Papa John’s Pizza

Took to long to get our pizza waited 35 mins instead of 10 to 15. Pizza was burnt and very dry. Will never buy pizza here again.

Consistently good. The one time that an error was made, they took my name down and set me up for a free pizza on my next order. Papa johns customer service is not known for being great but I will say that they have a new guy named Seth that handles the register. He’s mad friendly and always smiling. Doing a great job Seth!

I was in a pinch. It was the night before I had a huge lunch at an office and I could not find anyone who could cater last minute and deliver it by 11am so I called Papa John’s in Goldsboro to see if they could help me.
At first, they were hesitant saying that only one person would be there the next morning and that they could make enough pizzas for me but they wouldn’t be ready until 11:30. No way, Jose! I told them I just couldn’t do that and as much as I’d love to use them, that just wouldn’t work.
Crystal, the manager said that she would come in early and take care of the order and have it ready for me. Woo hoo! I arrived a little before 11am and all the pizzas were ready. You really cannot ask for better service tha this. As far as fast food pizza goes, Papa John’s is the best anyway. They also have a sweet frequent buyer plan that allows you to accumulate points for free pizzas. With big orders like this one, hubs and I can get a free pizza almost once a week!
When I left Papa John’s to head towards my lunch, I noticed the sanitation grade was an 88. This scared me a bit so that knocks the stars down for me. Overall though, they really stepped up for me and saved the day!
