I called on a Monday to set up a appt for 9am Wednesday. I show up Wednesday 15 min before they open… Waited… 9am… Still no one… 9:15 still not opened. Two others were waiting as well. I left and came back at 9:30… Still closed. I was very upset. It’s very unprofessional whatever the circumstances to not call and let people know you will not be coming in! People have jobs, kids, errands to run and can’t sit around waiting for someone to show up! Won’t be wasting my time again! Called Lobos and they glady took me in same morning and said that people often complain that happens a lot with Ruff Cuts!
