Good atmosphere. Hidden gem feel. Biscuits are unreal. I’d highly recommend it for breakfast. I need to check out the rest of the menu.

We came in for breakfast after reading the reviews. We were in the Goldsboro area. This is a local favorite so if it is around breakfast or lunch time you may have to park around the back, but not a problem as there is a back entrance. We had standard bacon egg breakfast with has browns. The biscuits were the largest I have ever seen! Homemade obviously. Eggs were as ordered, bacon good, hash browns very good as well, coffee fresh brewed. Prices reasonable, actually get more for your money than most as you have more choices without extra charges. Recommend to try if in area…

This weekend I visited the great state of North Carolina with my family. My big sister a native North Carolinian suggested this family mom and pop breakfast spot, it was awesome a local dive… high on ambience, southern drawls, and good country food. The prices were cheap(I’m a New Yorker breakfast for one under ten dollars that include bacon I’m all in… sign me up). The waffles with fresh strawberries were freshly made on the griddle. You can smell a hint of bacon in the air when you pull up in the parking lot. The wait time was dicey but the hospitality was deep fried southern and as sweet as molasses, definitely worth the wait. Did I mention they serve bacon? Four stars because parking was horrendous. The parking is heavy on weekends. Go early the local weekend crowd makes this place impossible to frequent after twelve noon.

Pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon. Seems to be a popular place to go after church. They serve breakfast all day so I decided to have egg whites, bacon, hashbrowns, toast, a pancake and coffee. The eggs, bacon and coffee were good. The hashbrowns were a lil too greasy for me and the pancake was not as fluffy as I had hoped. I preferred the toast over the pancake. Service was good. Kinda noisy. The layout of the restaurant is a little tight. The prices were good.

Stopped here on our way to Myrtle Beach. Fast and friendly service. Good food, reasonably priced and they give a military discount! Much better than stopping at a fast food chain restaurant.

It’s an alright place to eat when you want a change from your usual routine. It’s very outdated which gives it an almost dirty feel. Definitely not a place for a business meeting! Very country, mom & pop style restaurant. The food is ok and the staff are nice. Not great, but not terrible either.

Nice restaurant. Packed for breakfast on Labor Day. Omelet was alright. Banana & nut Crêpe was really good and the strawberry waffle was good and filling. Bacon was good too. Service was slow because of all the people.

A great brunch option on a Sunday morning! This was pretty much the only option my husband and I could find for brunch on a Sunday. There is a lot of seating, and it has an old-fashion diner style feel. Great service, fast, and good menu. We will definitely go again.

Great local spot. Been here for years. Try the link sausage. Yummy.

This is not the first time that we go to this wonderful mom-n-pop place. Every time we go, our server, no matter who it is, is very nice. Getting to the food; I had breakfast my wife had lunch. They serve breakfast, and lunch all day, except bake potatoes, which are ready later on in the day. The prices are very reasonable. For breakfast if you ask for link sausage, you better be ready to eat 7 or 8 inches and 1 inch thick. The pancakes are as big as a full size plate. It is very good food at a very reasonable price… oh, and they have military discount. Visit this place and help small businesses.

The parking here is somewhat limited because this place gets packed on the weekend. Yet that only means they have good food awaiting you as you place your order. The servers here are always very friendly and the food never takes very long to make it to the starving people waiting for it. I came and ate here after a Rihanna concert the night prior and it was the most food I had in awhile! I ordered two eggs scrambled, hashbrowns, toast, and bacon. It might not seem like a lot but I think this time when I went I could not even eat all of my food. The food was definately amazing. I am very picky about my scrambled eggs as I do not like them too runny nor dry and they always cook them perfectly. Great place to go for breakfast and even lunch just be prepared to get there early or wait a few if you bring a bunch of people with you.

My family and I stopped into this hidden eatery after discovering IHOP was packed on Black Friday. We were impressed with the quality of food, prices, and dishes offered. Our server was a sweet girl who answered all our questions(«Does this come with that? Can I substitute this?»). I ordered the crepes(banana and strawberry, covered in whipped cream) and turkey sausage(so juicy!)… my husband ordered the corned beef hash with scrambled eggs, and my mother in law got the flounder, fries, mashed potatoes, corn bread, and coleslaw. All this food, plus coffee, juice, and soda only came to about $ 19. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in town.
