Bottom Line: When is the last time you heard «would you like some water?» in a shoe store?
This place is basically just first class. The place is clean and the people that work there are very friendly and actually knowledgeable about their products (!).
I bought a pair of (nice-​ish kind of dress) boots there and Im pretty blown away at the quality of these shoes. They are going to take a long time to break in but you can already tell they are going to last a very long time.

Ack, I forgot to post my review earlier! So here’s the basic rundown, I don’t think you’re going to find any deals here since this is a showroom attached to their Goleta «campus,» but that’s not what you go there for. If you want to receive excellent, personalized customer service, this is a great place to look for your next pair of shoes. Good variety, very visually pleasing displays and comfortable atmosphere in the store while the knowledgeable and friendly staff are attentive but not overly so. I highly recommend checking them out if you like any of the brands they sell.

I’m still buying it.
Bonnie & Pam have been fantastic along with the rest of the team who’ve helped me continue to fill my closets with UGG, Tsubo and Ahnu. I had a great time buying my first pair of Hoka since my last review. When I tried them on and began to walk around for test fit, they suggested I run around the store to get a good feel. I must admit I felt funny and probably looked it too but they were right. The shoes felt fantastic and I love wearing them. I’m no runner, except when chased, but I do jog a bit more in my Hoka than before.
Thanks again for all your help and for paring with Soles4Souls so I can pass on my more lightly worn shoes to those who not only need shoes but will look fabulous in them.

Disappointing… I had thought for all the money they spent on this showroom, it would have been a «Showcase» of ALL varieties for each brand name line: seriously, UGGS Classics is all they have to show?! I planned to buy two or three pairs of boots, and some sandals… but all they carry is the «.very latest styles.» for each brand (apparently, not true for UGGs!).
Not worth the drive!

Super helpful staff. My husband bought me a pair of Uggs for Christmas and a button fell off so I brought them back and they replaced them no problem. When my husband was in purchasing my boots, he mentioned to the manager that my pair from 2 years ago had ripped at the seam and they told him to have me bring them in to possibly replace them. I brought those in and the super helpful manager told me he would replace them this once but it wasn’t a manufacturer defect. He told me to keep them clean that the salt and sea water can break them down. Pretty ironic considering Uggs were originally designed for the surf culture before they became trendy and fashionable. I’ve been buying Uggs since the 80’s and never had this happen, but hey, they stood by their product and replaced them– I guess I’ll keep these ones clean! Thanks Deckers!

Excellent customer service! I won a pair of Teva boots at a silent auction today, and to my dismay, they were the wrong size! I called up Steve, the manager, and he said, «no problem. Bring them up for an exchange.» Awesome, new store, with multiple brands! Deckers owns Teva, Uggs, Sanuk, Ahnu, Mozo, Tsubo, Hoka and Simple Shoes! All, except Simple Shoes are on display here. Beautiful showroom, with very helpful staff. They’ll even offer you a bottle of water! This is the only location on the planet with all the brands. Prices are retail, but not too high.

This is a destination if you are in Santa Barbara. They have every shoe model from Ugg, Ahnu, Teva, Sanuk, Tsuba, etc, on display in a beautiful show room. The customer service is excellent. If you order from the store, they provide free shipping and returns.

This is a cool retail store that few people in Goleta and SB know exist. Yet. Deckers has all their brands available in one place. There is plenty of parking, although not on the street. The store is staffed with friendly and knowledgable people who are super helpful. One of the great features of this store is that you can use a supplied iPad to order anything they might not have in stock, and they’ll ship to your home.
If you are in the area, it’s worth a visit.
