Do you like to wait weeks for a repair that has already been paid for, hear conflicting stories about the status of your repair, and have to take off work multiple times for a repair that should have been done in one visit?
If so, this is the fireplace shop for you!
If your fireplace breaks in winter, they just might fix it in time for summer! Oh, and expect the wonderful customer service that can be expected from a company that refers to its own employees as «stupid.»
Too bad there is no way to give a negative star on Unilocal.Bummer…

Completely unreliable. They never show up to scheduled appointments. Don’t return your calls. Don’t use them.
