This place is awesome. Super helpful staff can help you find the right gift. The selection of toys is way better than the big box stores. There seems to be a focus for creative /curious kids. Board games are all focused on teaching the kids important skills. Very wholesome and well priced. Also the do awesome wrapping for all occasions. Check it out.

Last month I was in a rush to get a birthday gift for my friends son. Planning a wedding and about to leave on a trip out of country, I had to do this last minute. And of course this place was about to close in 3 minutes. Plus I was already late for the birthday party. Anyways, I believe her name is Christine… She was so helpful and so kind. She helped me find each gift quickly. She even wrapped the gift I bought (even though they were «closed»). She was a pleasure to talk to on top of it all. Thank you so much for the awesome experience!

This is our favorite toy store in Goleta and we have enjoyed many trips there. The staff has always been extremely helpful and we’ve never had any trouble using the bathroom there. The selection of toys is wonderful, and they are very happy to let kids play and enjoy themselves. Wonderful store!

I like this toy store and enjoy taking my kids. There are things out they can play with, and the quality of the toys is very high. It’s a good place to buy gifts for any age child. I agree with a previous reviewer that the staff are fine, but not super friendly or knowledgeable.

I like the selection at this toy store. The prices are in the higher range but there are some less expensive choices.
As for my shopping experience, the customer service was poor. When I asked where the bathroom was, the employee unapologetically informed me that there was no toilet paper. Pretty disappointing considering how often children have to use the restroom. Needless to say, my trip was cut short.

Meh. I’ve experienced better.
The potential is there to be a great little toy store. Needs to improve on its costumer service. There was no greetings or help when coming into the store and browsing by both manager and young teens working at the counter. The girl with the black hair and piercings has no costumers skills what so ever. Both of them need to smile and welcome the costumers. With the holiday season here its important to do so.
