I took sheets pillow cases and towels. Lady helped me but did not speak English. In fact she encouraged me to do the laundry there myself to save money! I picked up my laundry and was horrified. When I took the plastic wrap off I was taken over by an extreme over powering scent of the worst and heaviest perfume gross smell. Brought it home put it all out on patio for 4 days. Took to another laundry business where I was spoken to in English and a miracle they got horrific smell out. But back to this business I really think my items weren’t washed at all. Just put in with perfume and folded. Gross. Language barrier doesn’t help. Go somewhere else!

Staff is hella chill and the machines work so what more could you want?
I had never been to a laundromat prior to visiting Lucky Coin Laundry. I felt incredibly overwhelmed by all the machines and the sheer variety of options. The employee here didn’t have the best English (perhaps none at all, I don’t remember) but he was incredible helpful. The larger machines are good for heavier items like blankets while the smaller machines are for clothes.
The dryer is some crazy good high powered stuff. You can also mess around with the laundry carts I don’t think they mind that much.

The management is not helpful and caters to their «hispanic» customer’s. The machines have black mold and are disgusting. Go at your own risk! I Only went here because my laundry at home was broken. Never again.

Ton of machines, but can get crowded still. Some sketchy people sometimes, but it’s still the best in town. The one guy with the mustache that works there is awesome. Really helpful and are always cleaning. The other workers seem lazy and are working half-​ass.

I had been doing laundry in my apartment complex for the past 2 years. I always hated it because half the machines were broken, and the dryers took forever. I am so glad that I (in my desperation) tried out Lucky Coin. I went there on a Sunday night, which is the busiest time you can go, and I was still able to grab several washers. The wash is a bit spendy ($ 2.25) but I love that the dryers were only 25 cents. That way, I didn’t feel guilty when I wanted to dry my towels to a crisp.
The machines were very clean and there was an employee there walking around and cleaning things. He was incredibly friendly and having him there made me feel a lot better. I just wish they had a soda machine and I wish the employee had a shirt that said the name of the business. Other than that, I am thoroughly impressed! I actually can’t wait to come back and do my laundry…

As a student living in IV, it’s worth the extra drive. Machines are always super clean and working (which are 2 things I’ve found hard to find at the IV laundromats). I’m pretty sure it’s a bit less expensive as well. Free wifi and a good amount of chairs and tables inside and out.

I go here once a week to do laundry. It has different size washer and at least 80 dryers. During the afternoon and evening this place is packed. Standard wash is 2 dollars and drying costs 25 cents per 12 minutes. The place is well maintain and the staff is friendly and helpful.
It is located in a plaza so you can shop or grab a bite to eat while waiting.

They never do what they say they are going to do at the fluff and fold. The building has an attendant almost NEVER, and when you get someone they don’t speak English. TERRIBLE service. Consistently disappointed.

Great place to do laundry, guy in charge is polite and nice and keeps the place clean. The big washers in the back ate great, they’re huge and only 5 bucks and the dryers dry super fast and are new. Quick, Fast, and easy (:
