UNBELEIVABLE!!! We booked a bounce house for My nephews birthday at 2:00, they called us at 1:00 to tell us they «couldn’t make it» WHAT??? How do I tell my nephew he isn’t getting his Elmo bounce house he’s been looking forward to for weeks? Most unprofessional business ever. Now he’s ignoring our calls. Stay away from this company!
