Mike was very helpful and didn’t try to up-​sell everything. When we first came in he asked what our budget was and brought us around the show room to show us what fit with our budget. He was very informative and honest with us about what we would and wouldn’t need. I would highly recommend others come here as well if you are looking for an honest and straightforward place to get a mattress without a sales person who tries to sell you a ton of stuff you can’t afford and don’t need.

Went in looking for a mattress for our new room and we were very pleased with the service and knowledge of Mike Shaw. He taught us all about the different constructions of mattress and was open about why certain mattresses were priced the way they were. Hopefully we won’t have to be back soon with the 10 year warranty but I’d recommend this place to friends!

We got the pleasure of meeting the sales floor manager Mr. Amir and he did not stop till he found us the perfect mattress. He made sure we were absolutely positive we had found the right one and gave us a great deal too. The cherry on top for us was how he did not mind my two little monkeys trying out every bed in the store lol in fact he encouraged them to do so ^-^

This place is one of the few places that looked past our age and treated us like if we were returning customers.(we were first timers to this place)

This review is for Mike, one of the sales associated that works here. I just have to say I have never experienced someone who took so much time and patience to help out my mom and I in what was a very difficult bed-​buying experience. He helped us with absolutely everything we needed, and even when we were probably annoying, he still did everything with a smile and was always nice. He explained to us every little detail about what we were getting into and it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. Thanks again, Mike, for all your help, you were a life-​saver!

We will be return customers! Mike was a fantastic guy to learn from. I hesitate to call him a «salesman» because he speaks the truth and knows what is best for your family without any pressure. He simply knows all the mattresses inside and out. We weren’t planning on buying today and left and sat in the parking lot by Lily’s. We went back in and made our purchase. There was zero pressure and we were so happy with all the info presented in a professional matter we felt we should just go back in and bite the bullet on the current sale. Will be returning soon for a mattress for our daughter. That to me is the sign of a good business, when I want to return… Thank you to the Ortho team, especially Mike. See you soon.
