I would never recommend this company. The three homes I had inspected, paid for their«super expensive guarantee» for one home was the only of the three that never needed re-tenting. When they tented my home, they also tented a fence. Four years later this fence was riddle with dry wood termites. However, my paid plan did not cover the fence. I have contacted the company, complained about the other two properties they tented, had no contract and had to have re-tented. keep your business local and stay away from this company. They continue to ‘offer’ major changes and charge too much. Why would they send an incredibly obese person to crawl under our home, which he was unable to do. Then the same obese person in our attic, then tell me I need to hire them for pest control. Stay local, keep away from Terminix,

I had a credit card that was compromised and had to get a new one. Since I was on auto bill with Terminix, the payment transactions started failing and I didn’t know it. I never received a piece of mail telling me that I was overdue, but they stopped coming and they transferred my acct to collections after two failed payments. Mind you, I had been a perfect customer for over five years and this was the first billing issue they’d ever had with me. I called into their national customer care line, was told I had to be transferred to a national credit agency. Before transferring me, she stated that after I paid my bill they wouldn’t be able to sign me back up for three days while verified my account was paid. When I was transferred, no one answered and I left a message explaining the issue — telling them I wanted to give them money. It has been five hours and no call back. Once again, this is a sign of a company getting too big and trying to find ways to save money at the expense of their customer. I hate to break it to you, Terminix, but there are PLENTY of options out there. I shouldn’t be made to feel like you’re doing me a favor by allowing me to be your customer.

The most disorganized company I’ve experienced. The inspector did not return ANY of my calls. After rescheduling they still came on the wrong date and after two calls from me to confirm my appointment they still didn’t have me on the schedule and then scheduled me with the wrong person. Promises to call back resulted in NO calls. Can I give zero stars? I would rather have termites.
