I can’t understand the recent negative review. I’ve been coming here for years, most recently last week for the re-​framing of a treasured canvas lithograph. The staff as always were brilliant — helpful, professional and friendly. Ally did a great job with the framing.
I completely and unreservedly recommend their services — and I’d give it six stars if I could (one extra for exceeding my expectations in every way)!

Horrible customer service. I was pressed for time and came in with a simple requirement: a matte and frame that would fit a 16′ X 20′ print. The two women behind the desk were extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, and went so far as to laugh in my face. I would recommend Aaron Brothers over The Frame-​Up.

The Frame-​Up is awesome. My friend needed a series of paintings framed for an upcoming gallery event and the Frame-​Up nailed it. The project needed to be expedited and they did quick and great work for a reasonable price. I’ve used them for work as well to have our business’ awards framed and they always do an excellent job. Thanks Glenn and company for all of your hardwork!

Thank you to The Frame-​up in Goleta. I was completely satisfied with both of my framing experiences. One of the projects was for a charity golf tournament, and the other was a birthday gift for my wife. The recipients were thrilled with their framed prints. Both were beautifully and expertly matted and framed. I was impressed with the professional and friendly service provided by Glenn and Kirsten who are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating when it comes to style, texture, and color. I will recommend The Frame-​up to my friends and return with future projects. I liked the 20% Axxess discount on first-​time framing, too.

After being featured in two national publication articles a friend said, «you have to frame these for your office. Go to the Frame Up, they’ll matte it and frame it just right.»
I went in and their selection of frames and mattes were great. The expertise was easy and comforting.
When I received the framed articles back I absolutely flipped.
They looked so professional and attractive. They understood what I wanted and knew what would look best in an office setting.
I just went back to frame two certificates to go next to the articles. I went right to them and will recommend their expertise and friendly service anytime.
