I go there pretty often and it’s usually a good experience but there is one particular guy named Shawn/Sean who was very unprofessional. I asked one simple question over the phone that he could have easily answered in a couple seconds but instead he kept me on hold for literally 9 minutes so that he could check a customer out. I just don’t understand why he could not provide me with my simple information that I know for a fact would have taken less than ten seconds to provide. This was upsetting to me.

Look I guess this an OK place… it’s a chain and the same here as in Bossier City as BFE Arkansas I’m sure. You want a game you’re pretty much locked in to going here so suck it up and deal with it. All in all the staff was great and since I have a 14 yoa boy I will definitely be back.

Grandmother + 2 grandchildren + joint birthday party — exasperated aunt = ? A trip to Gamestop! Nephew wants a PSP; niece wants a DSi. Grandmother is clueless. Store clerk is knowledgeable, but less than helpful. Store clerk could use lessons in the art of the up-sell. Plenty of inventory: new and pre-owned. All colors requested in stock. No gift wrap offered. Kids? Happy. Grandmother? Delighted grandchildren are happy. Aunt is disgruntled with the whole scenario. Aunt wants a new TV. And a mani/pedi/martini. And a pony. But, she likes to make the kiddies happy, too.
