I called to order pizza at the Gonzales, LA location to be delivered last night and the delivery time was over 100 minutes!!! How is this even possible?! Who is going to wait 2+ hours for their pizza to be delivered? How do y’all get any customers with such horrible service?! I’m not understanding! Obviously, this branch is not being ran or staffed properly! This needs to be resolved bc I hung up and called Dominos right after and my pizza was delivered in 30 minutes sharp!

This place sucks! Pizza is garbage takes two hours to get it. Oh and the chicken wings don’t bother taste like gooey pasty s$@&!

Terrible service food is never good always soggy an falling apart had a worker hang up in my face. You aren’t greater when you come in workers will answer their cell phone before the company phone. Always mess up my order an waited 2 hours on a delivery before. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

TERRIBLE. we waited over an hour for our food that was supposed to be ready in 15 mins. Only to find out that they gave it to someone else. No apologies offered. When we canceled the order so as to not wait even more time the manager just stated and said well they gave it away, it is what it is. Talked to the GM on 2 other occasions where our order was screwed up and he offered no help. Tried calling their corporate line and never could reach anyone.
