Mixed feelings. Customer service isn’t great as expected from Kroger. Very large Kroger and it’s being expanded so I’ll update the review in a few months. With that being said the construction workers are rude, The store is a nightmare to find anything. Also the Pharmacy is below average.
High hopes that management with get the place in order and my neighborhood will have a flagship store!

It saddens me to lower the stars, but already after just two months or so, you can clearly tell the management had changed. I enter early morning before work to get my dry goods to save time when I get off work. This is prime time for sticking, but the amount of product on the floor is ridiculous and plain not safe.
Employees do not even assist in trying to move something so you can maneuver a cart through an aisle. It’s unreal, they see you turn into the aisle and turn their backs so they don’t have to acknowledge you. I don’t need to be acknowleged, but I do need you to move the uboat or that box full of whatever please. Nevermind, I’ll just turn around an skip this aisle.

This was such a great store. It’s understaffed now and it shows. I still like Kroger, but I’ll go to the next closest ones until things change here for the better. The White House, TN, location is awesome.

***This is a big Kroger and they seem to have a good variety of items at decent prices; the seafood section was very lacking, but that is often the case at grocery stores in the middle of the country; their beef section was impressive though; they were featuring both organic and Choice beef; their Choice beef looked really good; they also had a few unique cuts like oxtail***
This Kroger has its own big and free parking lot.

A great Kroger in a super convenient location. The staff is helpful, the stock is generous and the gas is cheap.

Cockroaches in deli and bakery.
While cutting out cement floor in deli (9⁄2009) for plumbing, they didn’t cover anything, the plastic containers for the deli and bakery were covered in cement dust.
