I agree with the the previous 2 posters. Avoid this«hotel» if at all possible! The rooms need better attention and the woman who came to «clean» our room didn’t address either of the issues I brought to her attention. We needed additional towels and I asked for a new comforter as the one on our bed had blood stains on it!

This hotel is terrible, the awful woman at the front desk ran my credit card then got mad when I asked her where could I park my truck. She yelled at me to leave and wouldn’t give me a refund even though I hadn’t gotten a key. But I got the last laugh I put a stop payment on that card.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. The customer service here is appalling. We booked this hotel thinking it was pet friendly, because on the Magnuson Hotel website it states that their rooms are pet friendly. Well I guess not this one. As I was about to take my cat up to the room, the front desk woman came running out of the building screaming«NOCATNOCAT» at me, claiming that the hotel was not pet friendly. I was very confused at their false advertising. So I had to put my cat back in the car and come up with a game plan. We decided to take our cat to a pet boarding facility until we found our place to live in Nashville, and when we went to let the front desk lady know about our plan, she told us that she cancelled our rooms(even though we bought our rooms on priceline) and told us that Priceline will have to refund us. We told her they would not because it was cancelled after the 24 hour cancellation fee. She did not care. We were about to be out of $ 200. She said«You can go book a room at the Motel 8 down the street, you and your cat are not welcome here.» Even after the fact I said I would provide paperwork that the cat was indeed in a boarding facility, and not stuffed in a bag being smuggled into the room. After arguing and a few phone calls, we were able to stay at the hotel because technically, I did not smuggle a pet in, and I did own up to being«confused» about their«no pet» policy. Enough about that. That was a nightmare. When we arrived at our room, there was no bathroom mirror, and there were stains on the furniture and the sheets. The sheets still smelled clean, but come on, throw out your stained sheets and just buy some new ones. Their complimentary breakfast was an absolute joke. They made breakfast hours from 6am to 9am, and I don’t know anyone who stays at a hotel that would get up that early for shitty yogurt cups and fructose corn syrup«jelly» on almost stale bagels. When we were taking out stuff down to our car before checking out, we were harassed by not one, not two, but THREE hotel employees asking us which room is ours and if we were checking out. Said no not yet like 500 times to these idiot people that run this dumb hotel. As we went up again to the hotel room to grab the last of our stuff, our key cards magically stopped working. I had to go find a cleaning lady to open our door for us, and when the manager came up to us she said«check out is by 11am.» ITWASN’T EVEN10:30YETANDTHEYKICKEDUSOUTOFOURHOTELROOM. You’re probably better off at the Motel 8 down the street. I REPEAT, AVOIDTHISHOTELLIKETHEPLAGUE, ATALLCOSTS.
