I had several plumbing issues and all were repaired quickly and expertly. I would definitely call NEI again and would recommend them.

My refrigerator went out on the morning of June 19^th. I contacted Home advisor seeking help. I got a phone call from 615−394−3956 asking what kind of help I needed. I explained my situation. He explained to me that he couldn’t come out that day but perhaps the next day. Later that evening, he again called and said he would be calling me early that next morning to get my address and give me a time in which he would be here. When he called me the following morning, I asked him to please call my friends phone who was there with me to make the arrangements since my phone was nearly dead. We waited 1 hour for him to call back but he never did. I tried numerous times to call him back that day but kept getting his voice mail. The last time I called his phone, I left a message asking him to please let me know one way or another if he was going to make it or not so I can make other arrangements to have someone else come over and fix my refrigerator. I never did hear from him again. He held up my whole day. By the time I contacted another company, it was to late to get the refrigerator fixed. I lost a lot of food and time. Now I will have to wait till Monday to even contact someone else. The least he could have done was to tell me that he wouldn’t be able to make it.
