Service at this hotel has to be the worst I have ever encounter for a hotel in this price range. First they didn’t have the rollaway I guaranteed and they obviously didn’t seem to care at check in. Then at check out they screwed up my billing by charging me the rollaway. I waited 45 min to try to get it straighten out. Staff and management who they kept calling since no one was there was very unprofessional and lack knowledge. They ran my card a few times causing it to eventually get declined and had to use another. I have yet called to make sure a credit has posted. They show no sense of accommodation or no sense at all. The rooms smelled and dirty. Breakfast was one of the worst. My kids even said the eggs smelled spoiled. Do yourself a favor keep driving.

I’m being generous with the 3 stars here. The place isn’t bad. It’s in a bit of a shady location but that shouldn’t scare you away. Check-​in went fine and the staff were very pleasant. The quality of the room was why the 2 stars were taken off. The shape of the room was horrendous. The walls were cracked, and very dirty. The room had a bit of a musty smell to it, but nothing unbearable. Other than that it was a fine enough experience. Beds were comfortable enough, there was a nice flatscreen TV as well as a refrigerator and (very old) microwave. Furniture was looking a little dated, but was still fine; everything worked. The shower was good though, they must’ve recently updated the shower heads. The free hot breakfast was a step above your typical continental fare, but nothing to write home about. Bottom line, if you need somewhere to crash for a night and don’t want to splurge, give this place a shot.

Free breakfast: Danishes, waffles, juice, sausage biscuit n gravy, cereals, oatmeals, and coffee. There is no elevator but luckily there is only two levels. The staff is very very nice and the free breakfast is good. I mean you shouldnt expect too much since its an inn but it was definitely a binus! Also the rooms are clean and smelled fresh. I would definitely stay there again. It was such an unexpected delight that it makes me feel like every Quality Inn is okay to try for a quick one or two night stay.
