I am loving the weight room and pool. I have lived here for five years and never came over here. What a waste. I haven’t experienced anything but kind, considerate, fellow homeowners and some teenagers. Everyone appears to be abiding by the rules. The weight room is very clean. I wish there was a TV in there to help pass the time. It looks like there used to be one in there. The pool is so peaceful in the morning. What a great way to start my day.

Zero stars for this one. City property management company is responsible for this community rec center. Poorly managed and cared for. Kids in and out of the pool area no adult supervision! Residents prop open the gate with rocks! Dangerous!
