I give it three stars due to the fact that yes the staff is courteous and helps answers all your questions. Only issue was trying to get setup for the power up rewards. The clerk who did it apparently didn’t set it up correctly. When I attempted to activate it, was invalid. I emailed customer care, it tells you itll be a day or two turn around. Took them 2 weeks to respond to the email. When I called customer care waited on hold first time for an hour, second time a half hour. The lady at the location told me I needed to call customer care to get it taken care of. When I got through customer care it ended up being they said I needed to go back to the store to fix it. Didn’t end up getting it because you don’t get points for using gift cards so I figured I wouldn’t waste any more of my time.

I usually go to the one located on Dysart and Mcdowell but this one was much closer at the time when I was running errands. I’m going to just stick to going to the other one. I had bought an item here and when I used it, it began to malfunction. I was going to return it for another one but didn’t feel like going through it again and they had a limited supply for headsets. Also the guy who sold it to me had a bit of an attitude when I returned it and isn’t very customer service friendly.

I come here usually to trade in games and get different used ones, I’d say the prices are fair. Every time I’ve been here the employees have been friendly and very helpful with any questions I’ve had.

I love this gamestop! Some of the male staff can at time be rude but I have never had any problems with the female staff. The store is always clean and the games are well organized.
