I moved out of state earlier in the year and was heading back to goodyear to put my stuff in a storage unit (cause it was being stored at a friends house). Well I wasn’t sure exactly what size unit I needed but was promised that the two units I was looking at would be reserved (I even received an email confirmation) or they would call me if anything changed. Well a week before I was to arrive in Arizona, I had sent an email to ask a question and to my surprise I received a response saying that my reservation was changed by the manager cause I didn’t know what size I needed. When they tried to sell me a different unit, the prices weren’t even the prices I was quoted (again, I had it confirmed on an email). Trying to do business while you are out of town is hard, especially when your reservations are changed and you’re not notified.
