Quality Products at Reasonable Prices.
The sales associates at Old Navy are always friendly, often giving discounts and advising about sales and promotions. There is always a associate ready to assist however, they are not pushy like many other department stores.
Old Navy prices are very affordable for families on a budget or if you are buying clothing for children who are especially hard on clothing.
Quality clothes, large selection, reasonable prices, and good customer service.

This location was filthy and disgusting today! When I tried clothes on the floor was so dirty I had to clean my feet before I could put my shoes back on. The restroom trash was full of dirty diapers that smelled aweful. I was there at 9am right when they opened so it’s not like they had been busy all day. There was trash all over the floor by the fitting rooms. I was really disappointed.

Really the only time I ever walk into an Old Navy is when I need a new pair of pajama pants. It so happens that after like 10 years it was was my husband who up for a new pair. We stopped by this location on the way to the Wildlife World Zoo and were promptly greeted as we walked in. I noticed that everything was organized and clean so that was good to see since other locations can be messy.
There weren’t many designs to choose from but we still found a good pair under 20 bucks. What I really liked about Old Navy was that they had a ton of stuff on sale for men! We found a funny graphic tee on sale for only 8 bucks!
I personally couldn’t find anything for me in the women’s section but I’m also an extremely picky gal. The kids’ section looked like fun and I can see myself shopping here for a little girl for some cute, inexpensive clothing.
I would go back if I’m in the area and stick the the sale stuff. :D

I love Old Navy for the sales really. Things priced at the regular price are not quality enough to warrant the price. This location is good, I hate the clearance area it’s always a mess. But this is without a doubt the friendliest location in the west valley.

This Old Navy appears to have an overabundance of merchandise, but try to find the size you need and you’ll be hunting longer than necessary… maybe even frustrated when you DON’T locate the sizes you seek.
I have been in here four times shortly after they open on any RANDOM Sunday morning, with the Old Navy newspaper insert in hand… and all I find are piles of size X-​small and XXL. I’m beginning to think these are the only sizes they carry.
Why advertise merchandise you don’t have?
I have even tried to shop on their website and met with the same frustration of LACK of sizes too.
Their check-​out seems to take longer than the amount of time I was looking around the store… very disappointing! :(

I love this Old Navy. It is big and clean. They have a large sale selection too (BONUS). The employees are always friendly.
