Everyone is super nice here! :) LOVE!!!

I didn’t have the greatest experience yesterday (nobody greeted me, no offered help, I had to hunt down someone to get a dressing room) but I normally do. On other visits, they’re always so nice, helpful and they always make sure you’re satisfied. Yesterday, I hope that will be the only time I received bad service. I felt I interrupted them with their conversation when I checked out. They were clearly annoyed. I would’ve given them 5 stars.

Kaitlin is very rude it’s hard enough finding plus size stores without having employees that act like you are a inconvenience to their day definitely won’t be back

I love the people working at this store, they are so kind to everyone. Love their clothing selection and sales, clothes are pricey… but adorable for us plus size ladies. It is always fun going to this location, they always make you laugh and have great advice.

I go in this store often, but don’t always buy. I have always been greeted and helped by friendly staff. They are sometimes busy but will make time for everyone.

Love, LOVE, LOVE this place, torrid has great stylish clothes in plus size and there is a wonderful attitude & Fantastic service by all the ladies who work at this location, especially Cortney, Brittany & Aimee. I can be having a bad day a day, come here and walk out of here happier and in a better mood. Thank you Torrid for great clothing, and thank you to all the ladies who work at this location.
* I typically don’t address another’s opinion, however I read a negative review comment about one of the workers Cortney that works here at Litchfield and this person labeling her as a racist, I can tell you she is far from a person being a racist. So to the person who decided to take it upon themselves to judge and label another person’s character like this, shame on you try to do so and saying something like this about such a kind sweet person as her maybe try taking a look in the mirror at yourself and your attitude first before placing judgement on another person like that. You got it ALL WRONG!

Love! Love! Love this store!!! I don’t know why I see such hateful comments on this store location! Let me start off by saying Courtney IS NOT RACIST! She is like one of the sweetest workers there along with everyone else who works there. I am half Mexican and half white and I have never been treated negatively by these wonderful girls that work at Torrid. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT & POSITIVE ATTITUDES and make you feel welcomed once you walk in. This is a FACT not an OPINION. Love the clothes and it’s always so stylish in the store! It sickens me that people have to come on here and start stuff that isn’t true about the workers! KEEP YOUR RACIST COMMENTS AND SELF out of the store and take yourself to the goodwill where you belong!!! GOODYEAR TORRID ROCKS! LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!

I went to this store twice and each time I was not acknowledged when I entered the store. I went to the store today with My Mom and aunts and were barely acknowledged. However, I noticed that when white women walked in the store, they were greeted and one of the sales girl Courtney even told them her name and asked them if they needed help to let them know. We weren’t provided the same level of customer service. Needless to say, I purchased what I wanted and got the hell up out of there. I will contact the manager to let them know that they should treat everyone with the same level of customer service; regardless of their skin color. It’s a shame that in 2014 racism still exists!
My original post was written almost a year ago and I haven’t stepped back into this particular store location. However, I did want to add that MY review was based on MY EXPERIENCE! ALL reviews are based upon one’s experience! CUSTOMER SERVICE is something that I pay very close attention to and the lack thereof was what MY family and I experienced!!! Courtney and the other salesperson may very well NOT be a racist and its possible that it was unintentional. However, the point I was trying to make was that in those moments I felt as though I was being discriminated against. It doesn’t matter what color/​race any of us are. THE FACTS are that in any line of business, all customers should be greeted and treated with the same level of customer service! So for the reviewer who’s comment seemed to be directed at MY post, you take YOURSELF TO GOODWILL OR WHATEVER STEREOTYPICAL PLACE you wish to GO to and keep YOUR negative comments to YOURSELF!
