Um poquito do Brasil você pode visitar sem um passaporte This restaurant is very good. The buffet is small, but the food is flavorful and the selections change daily. If you aren’t super hungry, you can pay by the pound. If you are, you pay $ 10 and get all you can eat. The menu has several good selections as well. Try the vitamina de abacate(avocado smoothie) — it’s delicious. The burgers are good(the x in front of the names of the burgers is pronounced«shees»). If you go for breakfast, don’t miss the pão de queijo. This Brazilian cheese bread is delicious, especially when it is fresh and warm. When you walk in, you feel like you left South Carolina and were magically transported to Brazil. The staff do speak some English, but Portuguese is the language of choice here, as evidenced by the hours of operation on the door and the fact that most of the staff and customers speak it as their mother tongue. I like to go here to practice my Portuguese. It’s a unique experience that should not be missed, especially if you are feeling just a bit adventurous.

This restaurant happens to have the smallest buffet as well as the smallest bakery around the Goose Creek area. In actuality, it is the only buffet and bakery combination that I’ve ever seen in the Goose Creek area. Yet, Brazilian Buffet Bakery is decent for the average person. Their flavorful food is subtle and well seasoned. They usually only offer their buffet during lunch hours. On other occasions, this establishment has a menu to order from. On this menu you will find one of the biggest burgers I’ve ever seen. This burger contains lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, eggs, HOTDOGS, and CORN.(Yeah, I know hotdogs and corn? Oh no, they didn’t!) As a restaurant their service is subpar to say so myself. But, it is not because they are rude. It is mainly due to a language barrier that exists between the staff and customers. Most of their staff speaks Portuguese.(Real Brazilians working inside a Brazilian restaurant. Go figure!) Okay, I will admit this restaurant has flaws. Their sense of dining equates to fold out tables and hard steel folding chairs. Furthermore, they only accept cash. These are the main reasons I rate this restaurant three stars and not four.
