Walgreens

This Walgreens is awful. Their pharmacy is completely incompetent. And more than likely due to the fact that the manager in charge of the pharmacy doesn’t give a crap. The staff at Walgreens pharmacy repeatedly displayed their incompetence and when I’ve had enough I got the managers name and number. I called and didn’t get a response until two days later, and all he had to say was «what do you want me to do about it?» From this point on I absolutely refuse to give this establishment a single dime of my business and I do not recommend this Walgreens or it’s pharmacy to any customer who expects quality service.

So it’s Walgreens and if you live in Crowfield you probably are going to use this location no matter what the reviews say, because-​at some point-you’ll need a prescription filled.
This is (without a doubt) the slowest pharmacy in the known universe. After I had stood in line (I was actually only SECOND IN SAID LINE) for an indeterminate amount of time, I took out my watch, I stood there 7 minutes more waiting for the one overworked-​and probably underpaid-​lady behind the counter to help the difficult cusromer in front of me and the very difficult customer at the drive through window.
All I wanted to do was drop off the piece of paper that had my prescription on it and get it filled.
When after an eternity of waiting I did so, the poor overworked/​underpaid lady behind the counter asked when I’d like to pick it up. Well… I am in agonizing pain. It is now 10:30am, I’d like to pick up my pain meds at 10:32am, please!!! 3 hours later, I had some relief.
Please Walgreens, hire some more help. Your customers-​who are no longer loyal-​may come back. Until then I’ll be getting my scrips filled at the Target Pharmacy from now on.

Today in the Pharmacy, Devon was quick, sharp and really intelligent. She remembers i have not visited for long, She has a great memory, good understanding, knows the job. Quick, alert, nice, highly customer oriented. She has been doing in the same anytime i see her for other customers, even though i am originally from Asian Indian. She does not ask more than once, she catches quickly even if i go through Drive-​thru. Really phenomenal.
We need to ensure to send across Walgreens management.
Same goes with Tim– Great, highly Professional Manager.

I used to love this store because they offered register rewards. Now they have this bonus card crap that just is not worth the time and effort it takes to build up enough points to save on anything. To the leadership of Walgreens, why did you people screw up a good thing?
