The best thing about Big Mineral is the nice owners and the campgrounds are right down on the water’s edge. Altho many of the trees were destroyed by the 2007 flood on the waters edge campsites, there are some sites on a ridge with a great view that has plenty of shade. Nice boat slips, adequate marina and good small restaurant with seasonal hours.
