Have gotten coffee and food here a few times. The panini sandwiches are very good although they are small. Breakfast food is also very good. I have never stayed to eat but they have a cute little bookstore and some tables where you can eat. The staff are very friendly and my orders have been ready quickly. The coffee is tasty to, they have this«coffee» drink called mocha madness that is so good, it’s not really coffee but more a chocolately milkshake mocha with some coffee in it. Highly recommend it for anybody with a sweet tooth. The prices at this place are high for the area and the servings aren’t huge so that’s why i probably don’t rate it any higher but overall a very good coffee and sandwich place.

Cute little coffee house/book store in Gorham. This is «hands down» the only place to get a great cup of coffee or a good cappuccino or a latté in either Gorham or Berlin. The competition is mostly gas stations and variety stores which always seem to disappoint.

My husband and I stopped here to grab breakfast one morning. We both had breakfast sandwiches on bagels. The sandwiches were mediocre, the egg had that rubbery instant egg feeling and taste to it. They have a wide selection of coffee and espresso drinks which was nice, and it looked like they had some tasty sandwiches to offer at lunchtime. I liked the atmosphere and it definitely seemed like a regular spot for residents of the town. The book store was interesting, it was small but had a wide range of books including a large children’s section. I would come back here if I was staying in the area again.

Good Coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Nice assortment of packaged food(chocolate, cookies) to eat later. If I were staying in town, I’d eat here every morning.

What a great local coffee joint! So happy to have this place to go to while staying in the great north woods region. Amazing book selection too. Coffee and bagel were delicious. Very friendly staff. Looking forward to more visits.

Great atmosphere. Specialty coffees are expensive but good. Fun place to spend some down time.

Really nice folks, comfy atmosphere, open early, good coffee, bonus bookstore. Food’s nothing special, but not bad, fresh and simple, and they’re happy to make accommodations(i.e. I had them add a pile of spinach to my egg sandwich, and asked for a tub of hot sauce which they gladly provided). A cut above many other local options. Vegetarian sausage available.

White Mountain Café is a lovely café in Gorham, NH. They offer baked goods, sandwiches, breakfast items, and coffee and tea drinks. I enjoy their egg sandwiches which you can customize with various veggies meats, and vegetarian meat-like items(their veggie sausage is yum!). They have good iced coffee and espresso drinks. I love the atmosphere which is cozy and the staff are always friendly. There is a cool bookstore in the café which offers books and also various WMC items such as coffee mugs and souvenirs. It is my go-to place for a pre hike breakfast since it opens early(7am) and is convenient to many White Mountain trailheads.

Stopped here for coffee and stayed for lunch. Excellent coffee, excellent panini, some of the best soup I’ve ever had. Excellent, cheerful service. And so fun with a bookstore attached. A real winner!

Excellent lunch! The Madison panini was delicious and the soup, Caribbean chicken with black beans, was fabulous! Highly recommend the caramel latte too.

Cozy spot with tasty drinks and pastries and a great book selection(saw 2 Dan Savage titles, one old and one new on the featured selections shelf!) Well needed addition to the ever awakening town of Gorham. Recommended for a hot(or cold) drink on your way out of town after enjoying the White Mountains!

What a nice, comfortable café and coffee house nestled between a MacDonalds and a Burger king! We were out for a day of leaf-peeping and found this place in the not very big town of Gorham. It has a few tables inside with some more in a nice sun room with great views of the mountainside. Unfortunately, there is also a not very inspiring view of the Burger King across the street. The sun room had some books and toys that the grandkids enjoyed while we waited for our food. Panini’s were very good — even the vegetarian ones. My daughter-in-law, who is an unabashed Seattle coffee snob, proclaimed the 12oz cappuccino excellent. This is a place that makes you feel like a regular — highly recommended.

After abandoning hope of ever getting any coffe at a restaurant down the street, we came here. Service was quick and the coffee choices were great. I had spinach almond quiche and my husband had a breakfast burrito. Both were good. Funky little place with a bookstore.

We visited for breakfast. The coffee selections are interesting but the food at that time of the day is limited if you do not eat eggs! Quaint atmosphere with two small dining areas adjascent to a book store. Bathrooms are beyond the bookstore. It’s a funky place trying to serve quasi-natural foods with laid-back servers. They seem to have a steady stream of loyal customers, I noted. The café is like the anti-McDonalds, which by the way is right next door. So it was fascinating watching the type of people eating here and across the parking lot next door(young hikers vs. old bikers).

Good coffee. Great staff. They even know how to properly warm up a personal to go cup. I was in and out on my way through town but I can tell that Gorham is lucky to have this place.

Delicious food. Average about 10 p/p. We had one half panini, soup, ½ panini with pesto, and one notch sandwich. We also split a carrot cake cupcake, and took a maple moose cookie for the road. That cookie was delicious later on. I had a pumpkin chai too. Their shop also has a selection of books and toys too if I am remembering correctly. Such a good time.

Holy cow delicious. Thru-hiking the AT and stopped in per two locals recommending this spot for breakfast. Breakfast sandwiches, burrito and pastries galore — something for everyone. PLUS — it is also a bookstore. Whoa.

Very cute spot in the picturesque town of Gorham. We were there for the weekend camping and couldn’t resist driving in for their coffee. I had a café au lait and a cappuccino, while my wife had their regular blend and a cappuccino(two separate visits). Everything was great! There is also a little bookstore with a decent selection. I can’t wait to go again for a sandwich. They looked delicious!

A nice little, albeit overpriced, coffee & sandwich shop. The service is good and the place has a nice cozy feeling to it so that you don’t mind staying here for a few hours with your laptop. The only decent place to get breakfast in Gorham.
