Too expensive for what it is. I was also very turned off when one of the staff told me that the animals in museum had been killed by the owner himself. If you don’t support sport hunting this isn’t the place for you.

A great place to take the kids. It’s a guaranteed fun afternoon outdoors. Unfortunately, not all of the animals are labeled, so brush up on your wildlife animals before you go. You have an option of walking the grounds or taking a car. The stone/gravel road is kind of awkward at times so if you have problems walking I would suggest taking your car. There are covered picnic tables, where you can have a picnic with your family. The gift shop offers a small variety of cold beverages, and a «snack box» with one dollar snacks

Have been going here for years, the kids really get a kick out of it. They have a large farm animal area where you can feed they and also a large playground nearby. I think they have over 100 types of animals here, its a large complex.

I took my son there today for the first time and expected a much better experience… especially for the price! It’s unfortunate because I’m local to the area. The animals are very spread out with only 1 – 2 per space… not walkable with a toddler. The petting zoo is just a bunch of baby goats and a deer or two in a tight space. I was expecting to see the animals and eat lunch in the picnic area but they are so far apart that you have to drive from one to the other. Not worth it. Definitely will not be returning.

We love action wildlife. I’ve been taking my kids there every year and they enjoy it. The area where you can feed the animals is so cute. Also, the playground is really nice.

My parents have a place nearby to this place and have been friendly with the owner, so needless to say I’ve been forced to go once or twice. My dad would point to the animals trying to get me excited, I’d stand around peeved and glowering in my converse. If there’s one thing jaded city children do not want to see, it’s animals on a pasture. There is no ice cream or robots so at that juncture, what’s the draw? The land is quite nice, there’s a lifesized bear carved out of wood at the entrance, some animals… I did find a four leaf clover there once. I’m sure this would be good for some kids, but not meant for children like me. That’s what television is for. Maybe normal kids. Or parents of infants. Basically any family that doesn’t listen to The Kink’s Father Christmas during the holidays.
