The pretzels from ben’s are always good but not amazing, I could probably rate it a 3.5 or so. I don’t really understand why bens has a eat-in restaurant, getting an occasional pretzel from the mall is totally fine with me.

Love, love, love this place! Two thumbs up all the way. Great food, even if it’s not pretzels! The employees are great. Especially the young gals, they are sweethearts. Family place, and I highly enjoy this place. I stop in there any chance I’m driving through town.

Good soft pretzels! Always hot, and the staff is pretty friendly overall. Haven’t had a bad experience yet.

It’s a pretzel place so not much to say other than they are great soft pretzels. We have liked every variety we’ve gotten, and they have a number of dipping sauces.
Staff has always been friendly and helpful.
